In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3372 ( Relating 
to the authority of certain municipalities to redesignate certain 
areas annexed for general purposes.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3372-As Engrossed
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.

A municipality would not be expected to change 
the status of an annexed area from general purpose to limited 
purpose, if such an arrangement would result in substantial 
negative fiscal implications to the municipality.
