In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3391 ( relating 
to the licensing of banks as insurance agents and to certain 
nonresident agents; providing a penalty.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3391-As Passed 2nd House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 
         
There would be a slight gain in revenue since the Texas Department 
of Insurance would collect application fees for licenses from 
banks.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
