In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3391 ( Relating 
to the licensing of banks as insurance agents; providing a penalty.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3391-As Introduced   FN Revision 1
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
There would be a slight gain in revenue since the Texas Department 
of Insurance would collect application fees for licenses from 
banks.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
