In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3530 ( Relating 
to energy savings projects for school districts, institutions 
of higher education and state agencies.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3530-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
No significant cost to the State is anticipated.  

The State, 
independent school districts and junior/public community colleges 
may experience savings due to energy conservation measures implemented 
as a result of this bill.  
         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
