In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3545 ( Relating 
to the statutory county courts in Cameron County.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3545-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
The bill would create an additional county court at law in Cameron 
County.  County officials anticipate the annual cost to the 
county to be between $250,000 - $310,000 annually.
