In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3583 ( Relating
to zoning around Lake Somerville.) this office has detemined
the following:

The enactment of this bill could result in some costs to affected
counties, including staffing costs for commission functions,
printing costs for studies and reports issued by the commission,
and other administrative costs. These costs would depend upon
the number of studies conducted by the commission and the extent
to which staff of affected counties are used for commission
functions.
