         FROM: John Keel, Director

In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3606 ( Relating
to the creation, administration, powers, duties, operation,
and financing of the Rohr Springs Groundwater Conservation District.)
this office has detemined the following:

Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3606-As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated. Any public water systems currently operating
wells within the district could experience cost increases as
a result of the production fees. The cost would depend upon
the level of fees imposed by the groundwater district.
