In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HJR69 ( Proposing 
a constitutional amendment providing for the method of selection 
of certain justices and judges.) this office has detemined the 
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HJR69-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than 
the cost of publication.  The cost to the state for publication 
of the resolution would be $71,000 in fiscal year 1998.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
