In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB12 ( Relating 
to the certification of certain police officers as special officers 
for mental health assignment.) this office has detemined the 
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB12-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

is anticipated.
