In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB17 ( Relating 
to the powers and duties of county hospital authorities.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB17-As Passed 2nd House
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.

There could be some cost savings to hospital 
authorities as a result of this bill's enactment.
