         In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB51 ( Relating to the 
         forfeiture of good conduct time by certain inmates confined in the 
         institutional division or a transfer facility of the Texas Department of 
         Criminal Justice.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB51-As Introduced
         
             No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
         
         
 
          
             No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
