In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB52 ( relating 
to the valicity of certain orders affecting the parent-child 
relationship.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB52-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         

No fiscal implications to the State are anticipated.
         
This bill would amend Subsection 162.012(a) of the Family Code 
to provide that an adoption order is subject to attack for six 
rather than 24 months after the order is rendered.

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
