In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB64 ( Relating 
to minimum standards for smoking in certain public places or 
at certain public meetings; creating an offense and providing 
penalties.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB64-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
