In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB86 ( Relating 
to parental notification before an abortion may be performed 
on certain minors.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB86-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 
         

         
 
          
Implementing the bill's provisions relating to judicial proceedings 
could increase costs to counties.
