Any additional administrative costs to the Texas Department of Health caused by this bill could be absorbed within current operating levels. Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as the provisions of the bill are in effect. No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated, although some additional costs to county courts at law and probate courts are anticipated.
