In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB119 ( Relating 
to the definition of "school" for purposes of enhancing the 
punishment for certain offenses committed in a drug-free school 
zone.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB119-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
