In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB128 ( Relating 
to tuition and fees charged to military personnel enrolled in 
certain courses at Midwestern State University.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB128-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
