In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB128 ( relating 
to tuition and fees charged to military personnel enrolled in 
certain courses at Midwestern State University) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB128-Committee Report 1st House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
