In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB132 ( Relating
to placement of a public school student in an alternative education
program.) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB132-As Engrossed
The bill would add provision for a parent/student/school conference
instead of a hearing prior to student placement in an alternative
education program for a period of time consistent with the school
district's student code of conduct.
No fiscal implication
to the State is anticipated.
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
