In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB135 ( Relating 
to the immunity from liability of counties and juvenile boards 
and their employees and volunteers in relation to certain responsibilities.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB135-As Engrossed
         
 No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would provide for immunity from liability for a county 
and a commissioners court and the juvenile board related to 
juvenile justice alternative education programs.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
