In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB139 ( Relating 
to curriculum requirements for alternative education programs 
and juvenile justice alternative education programs.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB139-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         
The committee substitute would clarify requirements for reviewing 
student progress toward graduation. No fiscal implication to 
the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
