In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB149 ( Relating 
to post-tenure evaluation of faculty tenured at certain institutions 
of higher education.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB149-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
