offense for possession of certain information by an inmate of the institutional division
or the state jail division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.) this office has
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB188-As Introduced
         
             No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
