         In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB189 ( Relating to the civil liability of
certain chambers of commerce.) this office has detemined the following:
         
             Biennial Net Inpact to General Revenue Funds by SB189-1 As Introduced
         
             No fiscal implication to the state is anticipated.
         
         The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal basis for an appropriation
of funds to implement the provisions of the bill.
         
 
          
             No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
