to certain counterfeit trademarks, service marks, or identification 
marks in connection with the sale or manufacture of goods and 
services; providing penalties.) this office has detemined the 
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB228-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
