counterfeit trademarks, service marks, or identification marks in connection with
the sale or manufacture of goods and services; providing penalties.) this office has
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB228-As Introduced
         
             No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
         
         
 
          
             No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
