In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB229 ( Relating 
to the regulation of air conditioning and refrigeration contractors; 
providing penalties.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB229-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  


         
The engrossed version amendments to this bill add licensing 
exemption criteria for people working with air conditioning 
and refrigeration systems. 
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
