In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB273 ( Relating
to the development of a statewide consumer guide for senior
citizens and to coordination of state activities relating to
aging; authorizing a study relating to long-term health care.)
this office has detemined the following:

The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal
basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions
of the bill.

The bill would implement Texas Performance Review
(TPR) recommendation HHS 24 in "Disturbing the Peace."
