In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB276 ( Relating 
to organizational and health maintenance organization requirements 
for one or more community centers to provide certain state plan 
approved services under capitation and other at-risk agreements.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB276-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal 
basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions 
of the bill.
         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
