         In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB311 ( Relating to the
disposition of beneficial interests in insurance.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB311-As Introduced
         
             No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
         
         
 
Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as the provisions of the bill are in effect.
          
             No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
