In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB316 ( Relating 
to the location of community homes.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB316-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. This bill 
would change the statutory language regarding proximity limitations 
of community homes to one another in order to clarify legislative 
intent. The bill would not change the proximity limitations 
established under current law.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
