In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB320 ( Relating 
to exempting officers and employees of political subdivisions 
of this state from certain interest payments in regard to unclaimed 
property claims.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB320-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

is anticipated.
