In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB326 ( Relating 
to vessels and obstructions in fish passes.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB326-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  Texas Parks 
and Wildlife Department has determined that funds currently 
used for construction and maintenance of concrete markers would 
be diverted to pay for the new signage.  
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
