In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB343 ( Relating 
to speed limits for certain vehicles on public roads and highways.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB343-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
The department has indicated that signs reflecting the new speed 
limit for vehicles trailering a boat would be phased in the 
13 districts affected.
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
