In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB346 ( Relating 
to the training of certain law enforcement officers and county 
jailers.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB346-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
Some local governments could incur additional training costs 
as a result of this bill's enactment, since local law enforcement 
agencies whose training programs currently do not include employment 
issues would have to include new materials for instruction.
