In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB395 ( Relating
to parties authorized to enter interlocal cooperation contracts.)
this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB395-As Passed 2nd House
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
This bill could have a positive fiscal impact
on counties, since its passage would allow counties to be reimbursed
for certain services related to workforce development.
