         In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB397 ( Relating to the 
         qualifications for an investment officer of a regional planning commission, 
         council of government, or similar regional planning agency.) this office has 
         detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB397-As Introduced
         
             This bill would allow an employee of a regional plannning commission 
         to be the investment officer of that commission.

         No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
         
         
 
          
             No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
