In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB400 ( Relating 
to the creation of  municipal courts of record in the City of 
Lewisville.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB400-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
The bill would create a municipal court of record in Lewisville. 
 The net additional revenue to the city is expected to be approximately 
$113,650 in fiscal year 1998 and $115,304 in fiscal year 1999, 
with similar net revenue over the next five years.
