In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB410 ( Relating 
to certain students expelled from public school or ordered to 
attend a juvenile justice alternative education program.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB410-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         
The committee substitute would provide for local control to 
a receiving school district on the disposition of a new student 
enrollee who is still serving out an expulsion order from another 
district. No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
