In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB414 ( Relating 
to certain advance directives for medical treatment.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB414-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
The bill would reorganize some provisions of the Health and 
Safety Code relating to natural death, do-not-resuscitate orders, 
and durable power of attorney for health care. Chapters 672, 
674, and 135 of the Health and Safety Code are redesignated 
as subchapters of a new Chapter 166.

No fiscal implication 
to units of local government is anticipated.
