In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB467 ( Relating
to prohibiting a peace officer or attorney representing the
state from requiring that certain complainants submit to polygraph
examinations.) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB467-As Engrossed
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
