In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB474 ( relating 
to the payment of resident tuition and fees at state institutions 
of higher education of children and spouses of certain military 
personnel and certain retired military personnel.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB474-Committee Report 1st House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
