In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB523 ( Related 
to hearings provided to students expelled from public schools.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB523-As Introduced
         
The bill would provide for a school district good-faith effort 
to inform the student and the student's parents of a hearing 
relating to the student's expulsion.

No fiscal implication 
to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
