In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB525 ( Relating 
to license qualifications for certain inspectors regulated by 
the Texas Real Estate Commission.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB525-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
