In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB566 ( Relating 
to requiring the Texas Department of Transportation to  conduct 
a study on the highway transportation needs of the state because 
of increased international trade under the North American Free 
Trade Agreement.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB566-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
