In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB629 ( Relating 
to the records of an overturned disciplinary action or an unsustained 
complaint against fire fighters and police officers in certain 
municipalities.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB629-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
