In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB636 ( Relating
to exemptions from the Texas Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation
Act, an exemption from surface mine permit application requirements
for certain small mines, and abandoned mine lands eligible for
reclamation or abatement expenditures.) this office has detemined
the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB636-As Introduced
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
