In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB636 ( Relating
to assistance to certain surface coal mining operators in the
preparation of surface coal mining permit applications and to
the eligibility of land and water for reclamation or abatement
expenditures. ) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB636-Committee Report 1st House
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
