In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB642 ( Relating 
to common nuisances and the investigation and abatement of those 
nuisances by the attorney general; making an appropriation.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB642-As Introduced
         

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would appropriate to the Office of the Attorney General 
fees assessed and recovered expenses obtained in actions brought 
by the Attorney General under Chapter 125, Civil Practice and 
Remedies Code and Section 101.70, Alcoholic Beverage Code.

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
