In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB645 ( Relating 
to state fiscal matters, including holidays, employee compensation 
and deductions, reports, consultants, and the comptroller's 
powers.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB645-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
The bill would amend various administrative provisions related 
to State payroll and other fiscal matters.  Affected agencies 
indicate that the changes provide clarification or clean-up 
of existing statutes.
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
